Ditch Cleaning Services County Wide Description: The Highlands County Board of County Commissioners is seeking a contractor to provide the removal of grass and aquatic weeds from the Canal System and Ditches with the Istokpoga Marsh Watershed District and the removal and disposal of sediment and debris build up, as needed. Site specific work areas will be determined by the project manager and communicated prior to the commencement of work.
