Highlands County BOCC is seeking Contractor to provide tree trimming services, with a Certified Arborist on staff, throughout the Special Benefit Districts. The Special Benefit Districts has approximately 400+ trees requiring trimming annually, or as needed, which are mainly oaks, palms, pine, etc. The work involves the lifting of tree limb for ground clearance and the removal of basal sprouts.
