Site work, paving, new construction and renovation of a mixed-use development in Sebring, Florida. As of December 9, 2024, the awarded general contract is working through contract negotiations with the owner. Construction is anticipated to start February 2025. Some trades may be open to bid. Description: Highlands County BOCC is seeking Contractor to provide To provide full construction of a new office building, as well as remodeled improvements to the existing building and warehouse area. The successful bidder shall be responsible for providing all materials, equipment, and labor for performing all work necessary and as required by the contract documents. The principal features of this project include performing site development measures, renovations of the interior of the present structure, full construction of a new structure, establishing connectivity between both structures, implementation of a paved parking area, sidewalk installation, and landscaping improvements.
