Site work for a water / sewer project in Depoe Bay, Oregon. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The scope of work includes installing approximately 1,600 lineal feet of 8" and 12" water main by trenching., and other work as shown in the Construction Plans and Contract Documents. Notice to Proceed is anticipated to be January 2, 2025, and work shall be substantially completed within 120 Calendar Days with punch list and final completion 150 Calendar Days from Notice to Proceed. The engineer's estimate is approximately $815,000. Project Location: E Collins Street from NE Williams Avenue to NE Stanley Street Depoe Bay, OR, 97341 Bidders must be qualified in accordance with the applicable parts of ORS 279C in order to enter into a Contract with City. No Bid shall be considered unless the Bidder is registered and in good standing with the Oregon Construction Contractors Board.
