One set of construction plans will be submitted to Lawrence Township ("Township") for approval prior to progressing to the permitting stage. The Contractor shall be responsible to obtain a building permit from the Township. The Contractor is responsible for submitting and obtaining approval of permit drawings which comply with the Pennsylvania Uniform Construction Code (UCC). The Contractor shall comply with the Township's requirements for obtaining the necessary review, permit, inspection, approvals and fees.
