As of March 2025 there has been no award made and there will not be until the owner receives a grant in Fall of 2025. The project is for rehabilitating the existing taxiway pavement (approx. 4500' x 35') to include only crack sealing and marking. Bids must be accompanied by a certified check or a bid bond in the amount of not less than five (5) percent ofthe total amount bid. A Contract Performance Bond and a Contract Payment Bond each equal to 100 percent ofthe Contract Price will be required for the successful Contractor. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of 60 calendar days after the date ofreceiving bids, except that bids for any bidder who Consents to Extend Bid Award Date may, at the request of the Clearfield Lawrence Township Joint Airport Authority, be held for consideration for such longer period as may be agreed to, but in no event exceeding 280 calendar days.
