Site work and paving for a transportation facility in Clearfield, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a transportation facility; and for paving for a transportation facility.
Bids must be accompanied by a certified check or a bid bond in the amount of not less than five (5) percent of the total amount bid. A Contract Performance Bond and a Contract Payment Bond each equal to 100 percent of the Contract Price will be required for the successful Contractor. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of 60 calendar days after the date of receiving bids, except that bids for any bidder who Consents to Extend Bid Award Date may, at the request of the Clearfield Lawrence Township Joint Airport Authority, be held for consideration for such longer period as may be agreed to, but in no event exceeding 280 calendar days. In accordance with 49 CFR Part 26, a Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) Goal for this project has been set at 8.14%. All DBE firms used to meet this goal must be certified by the Pennsylvania Unified Certification Program (PA UCP). Certification as a DBE by the PA UCP is separate and distinct from other certification programs.
