Completed plans call for the renovation of a clubhouse / community center; for the demolition of a development; clubhouse / community center; for site work for a clubhouse / community center; sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

The Scope of Work for This Project Generally Includes Provision of All Labor, Materials, and Equipment Necessary for the Installation of Artificial Turf With Underdrain System on an Existing Sports Field Located at Solomon Calhoun Community Center Located at 1300 Duval Street, St. Augustine, Florida 32084. Work Includes, but Not Be Limited to, Grading/disposal of Excess Cut Material, Erosion Control, Site Stabilization, Demolition of Existing Construction, Existing Retention Pond Reconfiguration, Installation of New Goal Posts, Installation of New Fencing and Ball Stop Netting, Installation of Geotextile, Stone, Drainage Works and Turf, Construction of Perimeter Concrete Curbing and Fencing, Construction of Storm Sewer and Outfall Control Structure, and Providing a Turf Groomer as Indicated in the Project Construction Specifications and Plans. Bidders Must Obtain and Review the Bid Documents, Including All Attachments and Exhibits, as Well as Any Issued Addenda, for Full Details and Instructions Regarding Submittal Format, Full Scope of Services, Minimum Qualifications and All Other Information Related to This Bid. All Sealed Bids Must Be Submitted by or Before or as Otherwise Stated in an Addendum. Sealed Bids Delivered to or Received by the Sjc Purchasing Department After the Above Submittal Deadline Shall Not Be Considered and Shall Be Returned Unopened to the Addressee.
