Saving Project...

Renovation of a water / sewer project in Central Point, Oregon. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.

Medford Water Operation Center The Contractor shall provide everything necessary for this project. This project includes construction of five buildings and associated site work: a 37,200 SF Administration and Operations Building, a 11,400 SF enclosed Vehicle Storage Building, a 12,000 SF Covered Storage Building, a 6,600 SF Decant Building, and a 1,300 SF Fuel Island. All buildings except the Admin/Operations Building are intended to be Pre-Engineered Metal Buildings, and engineering/procurement of the metal buildings is part of this contract. The Admin/Operations Building is fully engineered and intended to be conventionally built. Funding for this work will include Federal dollars. All applicable Federal guidelines will be strictly observed. Construction to be done in conformance with the Bid Documents provided by Soderstrom Architects. Attendance at a pre-bid conference remotely via Microsoft Teams will be a mandatory requirement of submitting a Bid for this Project. Refer to Information for Bidders for additional information. Question Deadline Dec 04, 2024 at 5:00 PM Budget is $35 - $40 million, based on an estimate performed roughly 6 months prior *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
