Scope: The Town of Leesburg, Virginia is requesting bids from qualified Bidders to provide replacement of the Andritz belt filter press sludge pumps, grinders, VFDs, pump discharge pressure rings and all supporting equipment at the Water Pollution Control Facility Solids Handling Building. The bid opening will be livestreamed via Microsoft Teams and made available to the public. The TOWN shall have the right to reject any or all Bids, reject a Bid not accompanied by a required bid security or by other data required by the Bidding Documents, or reject a Bid, which is in any way incomplete or irregular. Though the eVA website does not reject multiple bid submissions, the TOWN permits only one bid to be submitted by the same firm in response to this IFB. Accordingly, the Town reserves the right to reject multiple bids submitted by the same firm in eVA. If a bidder submits more than one bid in response to this IFB, only the most recent submission will be considered, and previously submitted bids will be rejected.
