Fresno Housing (FH) is requesting bids from one or more licensed Arborist and/or General Contractor for miscellaneous tree trimming, tree removal, lowering the canopy of the tree(s), and to maintain a 12-15' roof clearance for multiple Fresno Housing Properties in Fresno, Ca., Huron, Ca., Firebaugh, Ca., and Reedley, Ca. The bids shall include all labor, equipment, materials, and supplies necessary to complete the tree trimming and removal for this project, (except if otherwise stated within the attached specifications, set forth in the General Scope of Work, and in a condition acceptable to Fresno Housing (FH). Bidders will be required to submit bids for these projects, which require the payment of HUD Maintenance Wage Rates and Fringe Benefits if applicable for Tree Trimming and Removal, along with certified payroll and 10% retention for this work. Bid Bonds and/or Performance Bonds may be required for these projects.
