State Funding: $2,095,000.00 Professional Services Start: 02 / 25 Other Funding: $ Construction Notice to Proceed: 06 / 25 Construction Cost: $1,800,000.00 Substantial Completion of all Work: 03 / 26 Total Project Cost: $2,095,000.00 Professional Services Completed: 05 / 26 This project is located at Marion Technical College in Marion, OH. Work will be performed in Bryson Hall which is a 57,248 square feet one-story block building on a concrete slab with HVAC equipment located on the roof. The work should be done with minimal disruption, as the facility will be occupied. Some work may be required overnight. General Improvements to the HVAC, electrical and lighting, flooring/walls/ceiling, will be required to accommodate the renovated use. Improvements include the following, but not limited to: 1. Priority 1 - Update the buildings primary corridor to include flooring, paint, added drywall in selective areas, and replace and or reconfigure select doors. 2. Priority 2 - Renovate the Advising area to include LED controlled lighting, VAV box replacement, ceiling tile replacement, flooring, paint, soundproofing, and possible reconfiguration of entrance and office space. 3. Priority 3 - Renovate 4 Engineering classrooms to include VAV box replacement, LED controlled lighting upgrade, ceiling replacement, flooring, and paint as needed. 4. Priority 4 - Renovate primary restroom facility including VAV and ceiling tile replacement, flooring, paint, wall tile, mirror, and sinks. 5. Priority 5 - Renovate 4 classrooms to include VAV box replacement, LED controlled lighting upgrade, ceiling replacement, flooring, and paint as needed. 6. Please note renovated spaces will receive new furnishings. 7. Additional technology upgrades in classrooms as needed.
