Expansion of the Columbia-Fies diversion structure, including new cast-in-place structures, bending weirs, mechanical bar screen, manual bar rack, stainless steel slide gates, monitoring and sampling equipment, and electrical appurtenances. Construction of the Columbia-Fies EQ tank and gate vault, include pre-stressed concrete tank, cast-in-place gate vault, stainless steel slide gates, and interconnecting ductile iron pipe. Installation of 48" sewer pipe from the newly expanded Columbia-Fies diversion structure to the EQ Vault. Installation of 20" and 24" sewer pipe from Columbia-Fies EQ Vault to existing manhole. Selective demolition at Holland-Silver combined sewer overflow. Construction of a new cast-in-place Holland-Silver diversion chamber with bending weir and connecting sewer piping to existing manhole.
