Renovation of a municipal facility in Marion, Ohio. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility; and municipal facility.
**As of January 16, 2025 this project has not yet been awarded. Award is expected late February 2025. The selected A/E, as a portion of its required Scope of Services and prior to submitting its proposals, will discuss and clarify with the Owner and/or the Contracting Authority, the cost breakdown of the Architect/Engineer Agreement detailed cost components to address the Owner's project requirements. Participate in the Encouraging Diversity, Growth& Equity (EDGE) Program as required by statute and the Agreement. The MCI/DYS facility is located at 332 Marion Williamsport road east. It is currently not occupied by an inmate population. Consists of 7 total buildings and no staff currently on site. This Request for Qualifications (RFQ) is being issued to obtain Professional Architectural/Engineering (A/E) services for the design of the replacement of 7 chillers, hvac controls, 37 cabinet type hot water heater. The buildings that will be addressed in the project are 1-6 All new equipment will be integrated into the Building Automation System (BAS). All aspects of the project and related issues will be implemented and operated consistent with ODRC policies and procedures.
