Sealed bids will be received for furnishing Pre-Mixed Water Based Road Paint and Diesel/Unleaded Fuel to the City of Marion, Ohio for a period of two years beginning February 1, 2025, and terminating not later than January 31, 2027. The material on which bids are submitted must comply with specifications which are on file in the Office of Public Safety & Service. Each bid must contain the full name of every person or company interested in same and be accompanied by cash, cashier's check, certified check or bid bond in the sum of $150.00, made payable to the City of Marion, Ohio as a guarantee that if the bid is accepted, a contract will be entered into. Should any bid be rejected, the cash, check or bond will be returned. Bidders are required to use the bid information prepared by the City of Marion. These forms will be furnished upon request by the Office of Public Safety & Service. Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope and plainly marked: "MATERIAL BIDS" The City of Marion reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
