Collection and Disposal of Recyclable Materials from Residential Properties, Municipal Building, Public School and Water and Sewer Treatment Facilities in the Borough of Roosevelt sealed bids will be received by the Borough Council of the Borough of Roosevelt, Monmouth County, New Jersey for the Collection and Disposal of Recyclable Materials from Residential Properties, Municipal Building, Public School and Water and Sewer Treatment Facilities in the Borough of Roosevelt. No bids will be received after the specified time and date. Bids must be made on the standard proposal form(s) in the manner designated therein and required by the Specifications and must be enclosed in a sealed envelope bearing the name and address of the bidder and clearly labeled "Bid for Collection and Disposal of Recyclable Materials from Residential Properties, Municipal Building, Public School and Water and Sewer Treatment Facilities in the Borough of Roosevelt" on the outside of the envelope. All envelopes shall be addressed to the Purchasing Agent of the Borough of Roosevelt. Each bid must be accompanied by a Certified Check, Cashier's Check or bid bond in the amount of ten (10%) percent of the amount of the bid and must be accompanied by a Certificate of Surety. The Borough Council of the Borough of Roosevelt reserves the right to waive any informality in bidding and the right to reject any or all bids if deemed to be in the best interest of the Borough to do so. Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27.
