Vendor must guarantee its pricing for the completion of the project. Engineers Project Cost Estimate: $220,000.00 Length of Contract: The WORK under this CONTRACT shall be commenced upon notice to proceed and shall be completed within 35 calendar days after the date of email delivery, date of hand delivery, or date marked on registered mail receipt of said Notice to Proceed and no later than January 17, 2025.
