Considering the project is inside the Athens City Limits, Contractor must follow all Athens City licensure requirements. Contractor compliance with the equal employment opportunity requirements of OAC Chapter123 is required. Contractor shall provide proof of contractor's liability insurance Contractor shall provide proof of current Workers Compensation policy. Contractor is responsible for all necessary inspections to obtain occupancy permit. Work area shall be kept in a neat, orderly and professional manner. All construction debris shall be removed All bids, accepted or rejected, will be considered valid until sixty (60) days after the opening date. Bids may be mailed but must be received by the 5:30 pm deadline. The Athens Township Board of Trustees will be accepting proposals and cost ammounts for constructinganew30 x 80 pole barn style, 2-sided shed. As proposed on the State Approved plans. Sealed proposals for the TOWNSHIP Shed will be accepted up into 5:30 pmonNovember26th2024attheir regular bi-monthly meeting. At this meeting the Board of Trustees will openproposalsandannounce results. Plans/Specifications can be viewed at the township website www.athenstwp.comunder theProjectsheader. The Trustees will then review the proposals and award. o If the Trustees chose to do so they may review the bids until the followingmeeting, December10 th at 5:30 pm when they shall award the contract.
