General work description: Solano County requires tree removal services within Solano County Right-Of-Way on an As-Directed-Basis. The County has identified over 60 trees and shrubs to be removed immediately. The remainder of the contract includes non-emergency on call work for a duration of two years. The work will include removal and disposal of the trees, stump grinding, and tree trimming. Bids must be on a unit price basis. The term of this contract is twenty-four (24) months. The estimated cost of the project is $230,000. No pre-bid meeting will be scheduled for this project. There is no DBE requirement for this project The Department reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
