Renovation of a clubhouse / community center in Pensacola, Florida. Working plans call for the renovation of a 147,000-square-foot, four-story above grade clubhouse / community center.

The City shall have the authority to reject all responses and advertise for new responses. Question Deadline 12/09/2024 at 10:00 AM CT Respondent will offer the PV array system that provides the most efficient and cost-effective system while maximizing the return on investment (ROI). System installation shall require no ground disturbing activities, tree removal, tree trimming, or structural reinforcement. Respondent is expected to include proof of all required business and contractor certifications and comply with the equipment, construction, and insurance requirements. All paperwork for project permitting, construction, and interconnection must be managed by the respondent in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, ordinances, and industry best practices. Anti-Glare Assessment Since the site is near Pensacola International Airport, respondent shall produce and provide the City an anti-glare study to comply with aviation standards and avoid future issues. Plans and Readiness The respondent shall provide the following detailed plans: o Short and Long-Term Preventative Maintenance Plan- Schedule and plan providing information on regular cleaning, inspections, and monitoring. Additionally, infrared inspections and other predictive maintenance tools to proactively identify potential issues such as hot spots. Respondent shall propose a long-term preventative maintenance contract. o Battery Storage and Microgrid Readiness Plan- If possible, we ask respondents to provide a plan to allow for future scalability, including adding more panels or battery storage that can be microgrid compatible. o Climate Resilience and Hurricane Preparedness Plan- Respondents shall address hurricane-proofing measures and specify compliance with wind and water resistance standards. Information on or provide insurance coverage for extreme weather events.
