Site work and renovation of a mixed-use development in Pensacola, Florida. Completed plans call for the renovation of a retail development; pre-engineered storage facility; and water / sewer project.

Reference Number 0000368322 The existing Meter Shop, WAREHOUSE 9249 HAMMAN AVE ELLYSON INDUSTRIAL PARK PENSACOLA, FL 32514 - Parts Warehouse Facility houses two departments of ECUA, the Meter Shop and the Parts Warehouse. The Meter Shop is located on the northwest side of the facility while the Parts Warehouse is located on the northeast and south side of the facility. In the northeast corner of the facility are existing wood framed restrooms, breakroom, an empty office space and conditioned parts storage. Since the Meter Shop - Parts Warehouse Facility will remain operational during and for the duration of this project, it is imperative the project's five (5) phasing schemes be strictly followed as outlined in the construction plans. The exterior scope of work is: Rehabilitate the north and west areas adjacent to the Meter Shop and Parts Warehouse to improve storm water drainage on the north and west sides of the building as indicated on the plans. Install architectural, electrical and mechanical ancillary components for the interior operation of the building as indicated on the plans. For the interior renovation the scope of work is: Demolish portions of the Meter Shop and Parts Warehouse as indicated on the plans. Reconstruct northeast corner of the building for a common space for Meter Shop and Parts Warehouse staff and create a new Meter Shop space as indicated on the plans. Move the Meter Shop operation to the new renovated area of the building as indicated on the plans. Renovate old Meter Shop portion of the building for the Warehouse operations as indicated on the plans. Install electrical, mechanical, and plumbing components for the new components completed in the renovation as indicated on the plans. Asbestos containing material has been identified in the existing floor tile/mastic and will be remediated by the owner's environmental services contractor. Abatement will be performed under two (2) mobilizations. Mobilization number one (1) at the start and prior to the project's phase two (2) commencement and mobilization number two (2) at the start and prior to the start of the project's phase four (4) commencement.
