Failure to acknowledge addenda may disqualify your bid. No Bid Bond, Payment Bond, or Performance Bond required. This project consists of the following but is not necessarily limited to: installing a new 200 HP vertical turbine pump, motor and appurtenances. No bid may be withdrawn after the scheduled time for the public opening of the bids specified above. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids received, to waive informalities, to postpone the award of the contract for a period of not to exceed sixty (60) days, and to accept the lowest responsive and responsible bid which is in the best interest of the City of Missoula.
