Acomb, Director of Business and Personnel, and identify on the outside of the sealed envelope "Bid Documents for the "2025 Lewis Elementary Roof Replacement Project". Bids must be delivered to the following location: Solon City Schools 33800 Inwood Road Solon, OH 44139 It is understood and agreed that work embodied in this Contract for the Base Bids and Alternates as awarded shall start on or about May 30, 2025, and be completed no later than August 15, 2025, unless an extension of time is granted by the Owner. A fee of $1,000.00 per day may be charged for work not completed by August 15, 2025.In addition, The Contractor can be billed $110.00/hr. for all Consulting hours that result as a result of work not completed by August 15, 2025. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informality or to reject any or all bids. By Order of the Board of Education of the Solon City School District, Cuyahoga County, Ohio.
