Site work and paving for a civil project in Woodbridge, New Jersey. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
Proposals are invited for Contract No. P200.670, which involves the rehabilitation of repair of five (5) existing Corrugated Metal Pipe (CMP) or Corrugated Metal Arch Pipe (CMAP) Culverts at various locations on the Garden State Parkway (GSP), in the Borough of Paramus and Borough of Montvale, Bergen County. Culvert Milepost (MP) 164.1 is an existing CMAP conveying Delford Brook under Garden State Parkway Northbound and Southbound Roadways. Culvert MP 164.4 is an existing CMP conveying stormwater to Sprout Brook tributary under the berm median between From Road and Garden State Parkway Ramp 165SBE. Culvert MP 165.6 is an existing CMAP conveying Solider Brook under Garden State Parkway Northbound and Southbound Roadways. Culvert MP 170.85S is an existing CMAP conveying Bear Brook UNT under Garden State Parkway Southbound Roadway. Culvert MP 170.85N is an existing Concrete Box Culvert conveying Bear Brook UNT, which discharges to a CMAP under the Garden State Parkway Northbound Roadway. The MP 164.1, 165.6, 170.85N and 170.85S repairs will involve slip-lining the existing CMAP with a new steel arch pipe liner. The MP 164.4 repair will involve installing a 48" and 54" RCP in a new alignment and abandoning and filling in the existing 60" CMP. The Contract also involves repairs and reconstruction of concrete headwalls and aprons, and reconstruction of existing storm drainage features in the vicinity of the culverts. The Contract also involves stream diversion and traffic control on Authority Roadways. Prequalification or renewal of prequalification must be received by the New Jersey Turnpike Authority's (the "Authority") Engineering Department no later than February 21, 2025. Prequalification documents are available on the Authority's website under the location entitled "Contractor Prequalification Requirements". Prequalification documents may be obtained at the Contracts and Specifications Office or will be mailed to prospective Bidders upon request. Any Addenda that may be issued will be issued at least three (3) business days prior to the deadline to submit Proposal
