Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Newmanstown, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
Installation of a new asphalt walking path (6'-wide, ~15,670 SF), concrete pads (~610 SF), topsoil restoration and seeding, and associated site work. Refer to the attached Site Plan. The project includes, but is not limited to, construction of a paved walking path, with concrete sections where specified, site work and grading, and other associated work as more fully described on the Construction Drawings. Each proposal must be accompanied by a certified check, bank cashiers check, trust company treasurers check, or bid bond (in the required form) for ten percent (10%) of the bid total. Questions shall be submitted via the Public Q&A feature within electronic. Millcreek Township hereby reserves the right, which is understood and agreed to by all bidders, to reject any and all bids and to waive any omissions, errors, mistakes, defects or irregularities in any bid at its sole discretion.
