Site work and new construction of a pre-engineered storage facility in Newmanstown, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the construction of a pre-engineered storage facility; and for site work for a pre-engineered storage facility.
The project includes, but is not limited to, construction of a cast-in-place reinforced concrete and trussed roof salt storage shed, including paved asphalt floor, paved access drive, site work and grading, and other associated work as more fully described on the Construction Drawings. Each proposal must be accompanied by a certified check, bank cashier's check, trust company treasurer's check, or bid bond (in the required form) for ten percent (10%) of the bid total. Question Deadline 11/29/2024 Questions shall be submitted via online. All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing via Online. Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by Engineer in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda delivered to all parties recorded as having received the Bidding Documents. Questions received less than ten (10) days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered Pursuant to Act 89, the prevailing wage rates and record-keeping procedures established by the Pennsylvania Department of Labor & Industry shall apply to the bid work. Millcreek Township hereby reserves the right, which is understood and agreed to by all bidders, to reject any and all bids and to waive any omissions, errors, mistakes, defects or irregularities in any bid at its sole discretion.
