The Redevelopment Authority of the County of Lebanon will receive bids for an Accessible Sidewalk Project at Noel K. Hertzog Memorial Park in Millcreek Township, Lebanon County, Bids are invited for Contract Number: Noel K. Hertzog Memorial Park Accessible Sidewalk Project, Millcreek Township A Bid Bond, in the form provided in the documents, in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the bid shall be submitted with each bid. Attention of the bidders is called to the fact that the Contract Documents contain information pertaining to: Davis Bacon Federal Prevailing Wage Rates, Non-Discrimination Requirements, Equal Opportunity goals, and MBE/WBE requirements. The owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any informality in the bidding. Bids may be held by the owner for a period not to exceed sixty (60) days from the date of opening for the purpose of reviewing the bids and investigating the qualifications of bidders prior to awarding the contract.
