Demolition for a municipal facility in Saint Charles, Missouri. Completed plans call for the demolition of a municipal facility.

Project scope includes but is not limited to demolition and construction of a new city hall facility. and parking garage. The demolition package will include providing the necessary labor, materials and equipment to relocate existing utilities (power, water, storm) that feed buildings to remain; demolish and remove an existing building, a concrete storage tank and two separate building expansions; and infill openings in buildings following demolition as detailed in the plans and specifications provided with the bid documents. The main construction package is expected to go out for bid late January or early February 2025 with bids due approximately 4 weeks later. Sealed bids shall be submitted in DUPLICATE to: The City of St. Charles, MO Attn: Paul Feldmann 200 N. Second Street St. Charles, MO 63301 Envelopes must be clearly marked on the outside “BID 4760” with the date of the bid opening on the envelope. Prevailing wage rates apply. Demolition is anticipated to begin first or second quarter 2025 with construction beginning second quarter 2025 and running through first quarter 2027. *Estimated value shown is for entire project including all packages.
