As of August 8, 2025, an architect has been awarded. *The closed solicitation has been included below for reference: The Executive Director/Chief Finance The City of Fall River, acting by and through the Fall River Community Development Agency (FRCDA), is seeking proposals for architectural/engineering services. Project types include, but are not limited to, the following: infrastructure improvements, public facility improvements and the rehabilitation of housing units into affordable housing. Services include, but are not limited to, the following: project design, preparation of plans and specifications, bidding assistance and construction administration. The Agency intends to enter into a contract with the successful firm for a period of three (3) yearsial Officer of the Fall River Community Development Agency (FRCDA) will review all Proposals and select the most advantageous Proposal from a responsive and responsible Proposer taking into consideration price and all other evaluation criteria set forth in this RFP. The City of Fall River has established a policy to extend contract opportunities to Minority and Women Owned Businesses. MBE/WBE businesses are encouraged to participate in this RFP. The City of Fall River reserves the right to waive any informalities or irregularities in the Proposals received and to reject any and all Proposals when doing so is deemed to the in the best interest of the City of Fall River. The Executive Director/Chief Financial Officer of the Fall River Community Development Agency (FRCDA) will review all Proposals and select the most advantageous Proposal from a responsive and responsible Proposer taking into consideration price and all other evaluation criteria set forth in this RFP. Proposals will be witnessed and opened at that time. Proposals may be mailed or hand delivered to the Purchasing Department between the hours of 8:00AM and 4:00PM Monday through Thursday and 8:00AM and 3:00PM on Friday. All proposals received later than said date and time will not be opened or considered.
