Payment Bond: In accordance with Massachusetts procurement requirements, a 50% Payment Bond will be required for contracts exceeding $25,000. Labor, materials, required to replace the main control board and transformer in the DoorKing 9200 gate operator and to replace the damaged gate track extrusion with Ameristar AdapTrack system, including new trolleys and associated hardware at the Fall River Justice Center located at 186 South Main St., Fall River, MA 02721. DoorKing 9200 gate operator. o Disconnect and remove the existing main control board and transformer from the o Supply and install a new OEM DoorKing 9200 main control board. o Supply and install a new transformer compatible with the DoorKing 9200 system. o Perform wiring connections and configuration as per manufacturer specifications. o Test system functionality to ensure reliable operation and compliance with safety standards. B. Gate Track System Replacement o Remove the existing damaged gate track extrusion system. o Supply and install new Ameristar AdapTrack gate tracking system. o Provide and install new gate trolleys and associated mounting hardware. o Ensure all components are properly aligned and securely mounted for smooth gate travel. o Lubricate and test the new track and trolley system for full operational compliance. 3. Materials and Equipment o DoorKing 9200 Main Control Board (OEM) o Transformer (compatible with DoorKing 9200) o Ameristar AdapTrack extrusion o Gate trolleys (2 or as required) o Mounting hardware (bolts, brackets, fasteners) o Standard tools and equipment for removal and installation 4.
