Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Uxbridge, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the construction of a pre-engineered storage facility; for site work for a pre-engineered storage facility; and water / sewer project.
Construction of a 1.2 MGD PFAS and Greensand Water Treatment Plant The Request for Qualifications (RFQ) is the first step of a two-phase bidding process. The work consists of construction of a 1.2 MGD PFAS and Greensand Water Treatment Plant at 105 Blackstone Street in a new 9,900 SF pre-fabricated metal building. The work includes but is not limited to, site work, drainage infrastructure, process piping, process equipment, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, instrumentation, and SCADA. No site visits will be scheduled. Treatment plant sites can be visited. Schedule site visits directly with Water Department. The project shall be completed within 900 days of the Notice to Proceed. Construction is expected to begin in the Summer of 2025. The minimum DBE goals for the project are 4.2% D/MBE participation and 4.5% D/WBE participation by certified DBE firms. Contractor Qualification DCAMM Certificate Required for DCAMM contracts over $150,000, Highway Division contracts over $50,000.
