State of Utah Division of Purchasing is the Issuing and Conducting Procurement Unit The purpose of this RFP is to enter into a contract to provide prefabricated metal shelters and pavilions. The contract will also include installation as an option. This RFP may result in multiple awards. The methodology that will be used to determine the number of awards is a minimum of 480 technical points with a combined (technical + cost points) total of 580 points. Length of Contract is five years. Vendor must guarantee its pricing for one year. Administrative Fee is .25%. Questions Due Date: Dec 9th 2024, 3:00 PM MST
