Description: The Village of Palmetto Bay is currently soliciting for roadway improvements. SW 92nd Avenue Roadway Improvements Construct roadway improvements for the Village (ITB# 2025-11-004). The Project area is generally located at SW 92nd Avenue between South Dixie Highway and SW 164th Street. The Project shall include but not be limited to roadway milling & resurfacing, drainage improvements, shoulder widening, new raised concrete curb median island and concrete traffic separators, bicycle lane extension and markings, signing and marking improvements, landscaping improvements, and site restoration throughout the Project area. Where landscaping improvements are applicable, these plantings will all be Florida native landscaping. All labor, equipment, and materials necessary to construct the improvements described by these Drawings and Project Specifications will be provided by the Company. Construction of this Project will require close coordination with the Village's Engineer and Public Services Director. All bids must be on a Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) basis per the Bid Form.
