Prospective Bidders will need to contact the Treatment Plant to receive the bidding Documents & Project Manual. This project is subject to the Build America, Buy America Act (BABAA) requirements under Title IX of the Infrastructure Investment & Jobs Act (IIJA), Pub. L. 117-58, &&70901-70953. Absent an approved waiver, all iron, steel, manufactured products & construction materials used in this project must be produced in the United States. The following waivers apply tothis Contract: BABAA De Minimis, Small Grants & Minor Components. All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing. Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by Engineer in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda delivered to all parties recorded as having received the Bidding Documents.
