Renovation of an office development in Sault Ste. Marie, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of an office development.
.1 The following is an outline of the scope of work for this project. Tenderers are required to review all contract documents for a complete description of the scope of work for the POLICE SERVICES RELOCATION. .2 This contract includes work associated with the Base Bid to be completed prior to March of 2025. The Base Bid scope includes Architectural, Mechanical, and Electrical work associated with the complete renovation of the first and second floor. New Mechanical HVAC Unit/Services included for duct work distribution. .3 The Owner has undertaken considerable demolition / removals within the interior of the building (+/- 90%). Remainder of required removals indicated on drawings. .4 Existing sewer has been located and confirmed as operational. .5 Contractor is made aware that the existing parking area has been recently paved, and care to be undertaken to not damage (ex. Dumpster bins). .6 Site parking, storage of material and circulation to be coordinated with Owner prior to construction start-up. .7 The scope of project is further described in the balance of the contract documents, including the drawings and specifications.
