Completed plans call for the addition of a educational facility; for the demolition of a educational facility; for site work for a educational facility; and for the renovation of a educational facility.

This contract includes a Building Addition: comprising of a new Child Care Facility at the East end of the existing school, and a new Kindergarten Classroom. The Universal Washroom is included in a central location to serve both School and Child Care. This contract includes School Renovations: Work includes rerouting the existing East Entrance and Corridor, and retrofit of 2 classrooms into Kindergarten Classrooms sharing a Washroom, as well as minor Classroom renovations, including current Kindergarten, to suit these relocations. This contract includes Site Works for new activity areas serving the Child Care building addition, a new Bus drop off loop, a new Fire Access Route, a revised & expanded parking lot to serve the Child Care, a new Stormwater Management System, and relocated School Activity areas to suit. The scope of project is further described in the balance of the contract documents, including the drawings and specifications. All construction activities associated with this project must be carefully scheduled with the Owner to allow continued access to the school. Significant portions of the work will need to be completed during the Summer months of 2025, and be complete ahead of resuming school operations in September 2025. Phasing of Construction activities is a critical planning activity with the Successful Bidder, as further outlined in Specification Section 00 21 13 - Instruction to Bidders *Value is budget estimate.
