Site work, paving, outdoor lighting and new construction of a mixed-use development in New Columbia, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the construction of a 1,709-square-foot, one-story above grade transportation facility; for site work for a transportation facility; for outdoor lighting for a transportation facility; for paving for a transportation facility; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.

Bids are being solicited for ONLY the Plumbing Prime Contractor of the rabbittransit West Milton Union County Shared Ride Bus Storage Facility. Proposals shall be submitted electronically via the PennBid Program, and are due by 12:00 pm, prevailing time, on February 17, 2025. All details and documents are available at no cost on PennBid (https://pennbid.bonfirehub.com/). All inquiries shall be submitted via the "Questions" feature within PennBid. The Successful Bidder(S) Shall Begin the Work on Receipt of the Notice to Proceed and Shall Substantially Complete the Work Within the Contract Time of 626 Calendar Days. Final Completion Date..SC+626 Days (November 13, 2026) Substantial Completion Date (SC) ..NTP+566 Days (September 14, 2026) Maintenance Bond : A Maintenance Bond in the amount of 100% of the Final Contract value must be furnished by the Contractor to the Owner against defect in workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of Substantial Completion of the Contract. Bid security shall be submitted with each bid in the amount of 5% of the bid amount. Question Deadline 02/05/2025 at 4:00 PM ET Online The project shall be completed within the timeframe identified above. If the Contractor should fail to substantially complete the project scope within the stipulated timeframe, the Owner may assess Liquidated Damages. Liquidated Damages for this project will be assessed in the following amounts per working day: a. Liquidated Damages = $1500.00 / Day Performance Bond : A Performance Bond in the amount of 100% of the Contract value is required by the Owner to ensure faithful performance of the Contract. Either a Performance Bond or an Irrevocable Stand-By Letter of Credit shall be provided by the Contractor and shall remain in full force for the term of the Agreement. The successful Bidder shall provide the requisite Performance Bond to the Owner within ten (10) business days from receipt of the Notice of Award. Payment Bond : A Labor and Materials Payment Bond in the amount of 100% of the Contract value must be furnished by the contractor to the Owner as security for payment by the Contractor and subcontractors for labor, materials, and rental of equipment. The successful Bidder shall provide the requisite Payment Bond to the Owner within ten (10) business days from receipt of the Notice of Award.
