Seeking proposals from qualified contractors for the installation of carpet and related materials in the Music Room and Chorus Room Question Deadline 12/16/2024 at 2:00 PM ET All questions and communications about this request for Proposal and submission requirements must be directed to the City of Waterbury Online website and must be received. Responses to questions submitted by the above date or identified at any Information Session to be held in regard to this RFP, along with any changes or amendments to this RFP, will be available via the City of Waterbury at online December 20, 2024, 2:00 PM. The agreement period for any contract or purchase order resulting from this RFP is anticipated to be 30 days from written Notice to Proceed. The respondent shall provide insurance as set for in Attachment D provided by insurers, satisfactory to the City and authorized to do business in the State of Connecticut, an "A-" Best's Rating and at least a Class V3 or better financial category as shown in the most current A.M. Best Company ratings. The City reserves the right to award in part, to reject any and all proposals in whole or in part for misrepresentation or if the proposer is in default of any prior City contract, or if the proposal limits or modifies any of the terms and conditions and/or specifications of the RFP. The City also reserves the right to waive technical defects, irregularities and omissions if, in its judgment, the best interest of the City will be served.
