The agreement period for any contract or purchase order resulting from this RFP is anticipated to be sixty (60) days after issuance of the Citys written notice to proceed with the Project Question Deadline 01/15/2025 at 2:00 PM ET Online - Q&A Scope of Services o Remove and replace existing flooring; the square footage is approximately 6500 sq. ft. It is incumbent upon proposers to verify square footage during the mandatory information session. o Inspect bases of playground equipment for any repairs or securing needed. o Restore any site area disturbed during the Project's performance. Scope of Services. The Contractor shall furnish all the labor, services, equipment, materials, supplies, transportation, and incidentals necessary to complete the Project as specified in this agreement (also referred to herein as the "Contract") and such shall be completed in a satisfactory manner, as reasonably determined by the City. All labor, services, equipment, materials, supplies, transportation, and incidentals shall comply with (i) all applicable local, state and federal laws, statutes, ordinances, rules and regulations, including without limitation all notice requirements thereunder, and (ii) generally accepted professional standards. 1.1. The Project consists of the removal and legal disposal of the playground floor at Fulton Park, 438 Cooke Street, Waterbury, Connecticut and the replacement of same in accordance with Project's plans and specifications, all of which is more particularly detailed and described in the Bid Documents in Attachment A, which attachment, along with Attachment B in Section 5.1 (if any) are material components of this Contract.
