Renovation of a stadium in Waterbury, Connecticut. Completed plans call for the renovation of a stadium.
Scope of Services Remove and replace the burner fan units in both water heaters. replace the burner ignitors in both units. Clean and inspect tanks and circulators. Replace temperature sensors as needed for the monitoring system. Complete operation check after installation to ensure proper performance. Clarification Deadline 1/10/2025 2:00 PM All questions and communications about this request for Proposal and submission requirements must be directed to the City of Waterbury Electronic. Each Proposal with a total cost greater than $50,000.00 submitted shall be accompanied by a Proposal Security (a Certified Check or Bid Bond) in the amount of ten (10) percent of the Total Proposal Price. The Proposer to whom a contract is offered, must furnish to the City, if that contract has a total cost greater than $50,000.00, a 100 percent Performance Bond with a surety, and in a form, acceptable to the City. In the City's sole discretion, it may also require a 100 percent Payment Bond and/or other additional security with a surety, and in a form, acceptable to the City The agreement period for any contract or purchase order resulting from this RFP is anticipated to be for thirty (30) days.
