Demolition of Buildings Located at 11778 Cr 45, Findlay, Ohio 45840 Each bidder is required to furnish with its proposal a Bid Guaranty and Contract Bond in accordance with Section 153.571 of the Ohio Revised Code. Bid security furnished in Bond form, shall be issued by a Surety Company or Corporation licensed in the State of Ohio to provide said surety. Each proposal must contain the full name of the party or parties submitting the proposal. The Engineer s estimate for the demolition is $30,000 Bids are to be sealed, marked "BID BUILDING DEMOLITION and addressed to the Board of Directors of the Maumee Watershed Conservancy District. The MWCD Board of Directors reserve the right to waive irregularities and to reject any or all bids submitted on any basis and without disclosure of a reason. The failure to make such a disclosure shall not result in the accrual of any right, claim, or cause of action by any successful bidder against the Maumee Watershed Conservancy District.
