Site work, paving and renovation of a mixed-use development in Findlay, Ohio. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.

Per the owner, no bids were received so the city is completing the work inhouse. This project consists of the removal of the existing generator at the Water Treatment Plant and the installation of a new generator and components. The City of Findlay has purchased the generator and the EHouse for the associated work. The selected contractor will be working with the Citys vendors to finish the installation of the new generator set. Work under this contract includes, but is not limited to; removal and backfill of underground diesel storage tank, removal of existing generators, EHouse foundation and placement, generator foundation and placement, electrical duct bank installation, asphalt paving, grading and seeding. Each Bid must be accompanied by a Bid Bond in the form of a Cashier's Check, Certified Check, or Letter of Credit payable to the City of Findlay, Ohio, in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the bid or a Bid Guaranty and Contract Bond in an amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the bid.
