Location(s) 339 E Melrose Ave, Findlay, Ohio, 45840 Engineer's Estimate: $90,500.00 Project Description: This project consists of removing and disposing of the 150kW Generac generator located at the 50 North senior center in the City of Findlay, Ohio and installing a new 150kW generator (Generac or approved alternate). The new generator will be located in the same space as the unit being removed. The 50 North facility is located at 339 E Melrose Ave, Findlay, OH 45840. This project is funded by Community Development Block Grant RLF funds. Bidders shall be aware of the required Federal and State Requirements, including Equal Employment Opportunity Requirements. In the event that installation costs meet or exceed 20 percent of the total project cost, Davis Bacon Wage rates will apply to this project.
