The CITY is requesting SOQs from experienced engineering firms in water master planning and modeling to create the CITY's Water Master Plan. The project would evaluate the CITY's water system and identify recommended water system improvements through 2046 in 5-year increments. The report will provide a planning tool for the implementation of system improvements and addresses, but not limited, to the following topics: future growth development, future water demands, water quality and availability, regulatory requirements, modeling and analysis of the system, and recommendations for water system improvements. The report will include planned redevelopment in the CITY, and highlights operational criteria to ensure system reliability. As the CITY's water infrastructure ages and as development continues, it will be important to identify required system improvements at an early date, allowing adequate time to plan, finance, and construct the improvements. The CONSULTANT will evaluate, water supply, water distribution system and the water treatment plant. The CITY reserves the right to reject any and all SOQs which do not meet the requirements of this RFQ and/or any portion of the requirements of this project. Question Deadline 01/08/2025 at 4:00 PM ET Any CITY changes to this RFQ will be made by written addendum. No verbal modification shall be binding. All RFQ questions from in order to be provided a response from the CITY by January 10, 2025. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
