Sequim School District seeks qualifications from firms interested in providing project management services to assist the District in the construction of a school facility. Sequim School District has received a Capital Improvement Grant to build a new CTE (Career and Technical Education) facility. The scope of the work includes the management of construction, and complete project life cycle services for the new CTE facility. The selected firm shall provide the following services: o Project management services o K-12 construction expertise o Project planning and scheduling o Project controls o Change order management o Submittal review o System selection criteria determination o Grant funding compliance o Competitive bidding compliance o Contractor coordination o Management of the competitive selection of prime contractors. Review of Qualifications: 12/16/24- 1/6/24 o Interviews: Week of 1/20/24 o Negotiations with Selected firm: Mid-February, 2024 The District will rank the companies responding to the RFQ on the basis of the information they submit. After review of the qualification statements the District will determine who will be interviewed. The following information is requested: 1. CONTACT INFORMATION. Include name, address and phone number of your company 2. FORM OF ORGANIZATION. Whether your company is a partnership, corporation, or sole proprietorship, where it is organized, and the names of principals, officers, and directors of the company 3. STATEMENT OF QUALIFICATIONS. A narrative of your company's qualifications for the proposed project 4. KEY PERSONNEL. Names of key personnel who would be responsible for, or participate in this project, their respective titles, experience, and periods of service with the company 5. AVAILABILITY. A brief statement of the availability of key personnel of the company to undertake the proposed project 6. PROJECT LIST. List of K12 projects completed by your company 7. REFERENCES. Names and telephone numbers of references with whom you have been associated on similar projects 8. FEES. Fee structure and schedule The District invites all interested firms with experience in construction-management services to respond to this RFQ. The District encourages Minority & Women's Business Enterprises (MWBE) firms, either selfidentified or certified by the Office of Minority & Women's Business Enterprises (OMWBE), to submit Statements of Qualifications.
