Site work for a bridge / tunnel in Kingsland, Georgia. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel.
Proposals to furnish all labor, equipment, materials, and other appurtenances for the removal and replacement of fourteen (14) culvert pipes impacting 3 paved residential streets within the Meadows Sub-Division community as per the Roberts Civil Engineering demolition and construction drawings titled Meadows Subdivision Culvert Replacement. Question Deadline 12/20/2024 at 5:00 PM ET Questions regarding this construction project may be directed in writing to the Project Manager, Bill Weeks, at Roberts Civil Engineering, 301 Sea Island Road, St. Simons Island, GA 31522 All proposals must be accompanied by a bid bond in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the amount bid. A cashiers or certified check may be submitted in lieu of a bid bond. The successful Proposer, if awarded this contract, will be required to furnish performance and payment bonds in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the contract amount. The successful Proposer will receive monthly payments within 30 days after receipt and approval by the Owner's Representative of a valid invoice for those services rendered.
