The State Controller's Office (SCO) is seeking a contractor to provide specialized data center cleaning services. The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, travel, supplies, equipment, and any other item of expense necessary to deliver specialized data center cleaning services once per year at each of the following SCO facilities: 1. 300 Capitol Mall, Suite 730; Sacramento, CA 95814 2. 10600 White Rock Road, Suite 138; Rancho Cordova, CA 95670 3. 3301 C Street, Suite 761A and 759A (may be scheduled on the weekend); Sacramento, CA 95816 Written Questions and Answers Released December 11, 2024 Bidders may submit questions for clarification of the content of this IFB to SCOBids@sco.ca.gov. Question Deadline 12/05/2024 at 2:00 PM PT The term of this agreement will be three (3) years with the options to amend to add funds, add or remove locations, and/or update the frequency of services as deemed necessary by SCO. The rates bid on Attachment 16, Cost Worksheet will not change as a result of any amendment to this agreement. SCO may terminate the Agreement at any time by giving the Contractor 30 days' written notice of its intention to do so. Cost Opening December 30, 2024, at 2:00 p.m. PT* Proposed Award Date December 31, 2024 Estimated Agreement Start Date February 1, 2025 SCO reserves the right to cancel this IFB without cause at any time prior to award.
