Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Sacramento, California. Completed plans call for site work for a educational facility; sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
The work shall consist of, but not limited to the demolition and disposal of (6) six existing portable temporary buildings including ramps, and stairs at the Sac City College site, the portable buildings slated to be demolished and removed from site are as follows: 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, & 10. Included in the scope will be the removal of some existing fencing, bollards, and wheel stops located within the same location of the buildings to be demolished. The fence posts and bollards will be cut neatly and flush to the top of existing AC paving or hardscape substrate and removed and disposed of from site. License Requirements (C-21) Building Moving/Demolition Contractor and (C-22) Asbestos Abatement Contractor licenses Project Duration 60 days Liquidated Damages $250/day 1-30 days and $500/day over 30 days The Los Rios Community College District and its Board of Trustees reserves the right to reject any or all bids received and/or waive any minor irregularity of a bid as the public good may require. All bids will remain subject to acceptance for 90 days after the day of the bid opening.
