The County of Sacramento (County), is soliciting proposals for construction support services consisting of construction management, inspection, and quality assurance services to augment and supplement County staff performing similar functions. The County intends to award at least two (2) and up to four (4) contracts, with at least two (2) contracts being specific to all Department of Transportation (DOT) projects and the other contract(s) applying to all other work. The estimated contract term is three years with two additional one-year optional terms. The cumulative term of the agreement may not exceed a total of five (5) years. The total estimated amount of all contract work is not to exceed $25,000,000. Question Submission Deadline:January 3, 2025, 2:00pm Questions concerning this RFP must be submitted to this solicitation's Question & Answer page online. DBE Information The Agency has established a 19.0% goal for this Contract. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time. Following evaluation of these proposals and interviews with select firms, the County will initiate negotiations to establish contracts with TRC Engineers, Dewberry Engineers, and HDR Engineering, Inc. The County will present these contracts for award to the County Board of Supervisors at a future agenda date.
