Community Park scope of work involves installation of large and small shade sails, decorative bark mulch, pour-in-place rubber surfacing at play equipment, Measure P Signage, removal and replacement of existing rubber surfacing at shade sail footings, and removal of existing concrete at shade sail fooings. Neilson Park scope of work involves installation of new park bench(es), waste receptacle(s), Measure P signage, shade sail structure, ADA compliant deepened concrete playground curb and edge, pour-in-place rubber surfacing, removal of wood mulch and removal and replacement of existing play structure with new play structure. The Construction Allocation for this project is $872,398 Maxie L.
